| Step 1: |
- Cut a piece of beading wire around 14cm long.
- Add one seed bead at the exact center of the wire. Add two more new beads on the left (black) end and crisscross the other end of the wire through both new added beads.
| Step 2: |
- Continue to:
Add three beads on the left (red) wire, crisscross the right (black) wire through all the three beads added.
| Step 3: |
- Continue to:
Add four beads on the left (black) end and crisscross the other end of the wire through all the four beads added.
| Step 4: |
- Continue to:
Add four beads on the left (red) wire, crisscross the right (black) wire through all the four beads added.
| Step 5: |
- Continue to:
Add four beads on the left (black) end and crisscross the other end of the wire through all the four beads added.
| Step 6: |
- Continue to:
Add three beads on the left (red) wire, crisscross the right (black) wire through all the three beads added.
| Step 7: |
- Continue to:
Add two beads on the left (black) end and crisscross the other end of the wire through all the two beads added.
| Step 8: |
- Continue to:
Add one bead on the left (red) wire, crisscross the right (black) wire through the new bead added. Leave the wire as it is and make five more pieces (meaning a total of 6 pieces of petals you just made from step 1 to step 8).
| Step 9: |
Putting one flower together (note: you will be making at least 32 such flowers):
- Find the petal with the longest left over wire, take the petals and arrange it in a circle forming a circle, pass the longest wire through all the last end bead of each petal and back up through where the wire started off from.
| Step 10: |
- Note that in between each two petals you will have two wires, combine the two wires in between two petals and load on 7 new beads, do this for all the wires between the petals.
| Step 11: |
- After you have finished adding beads to all the twin wires, take the thick floral wire (no. 16) place it in the center of the flower and twist the remaining wires around the thick floral wire stem.
- Hide the wire twisting by wrapping a little green floral tape around the parts where there's exposed wrapped wire.
- NOTE: This is the only flower you add at the top of the thick wire, the rest of the flowers you make will have to go onto a thinner floral wire (no. 24) before each of them is twisted the same way on to same thick no. 16 floral wire.
| Step 12: |
- After making 24 more small flowers each tied on to thinner floral wire (no. 24), tie 3 flowers AROUND the thick wire where then followed by the next levels of 4 flowers by twisting the thin floral wire (no. 24) from each flower around the thicker floral wire.
- Note: remember to wrap some floral tape after each level added.
- You can always make more flowers and make the Hyacinth flower longer.
