	You can find a variety of Free Arts and Craft Project here, including beaded project and other project. This month, I would like to feature the instruction on a beaded Ribbon Ring made with Japanese glass beads and satin ribbon using the right weave technique.

Beaded Ribbon Ring

The pictorials are illustrated with spaces between beads for a clearer direction, in the actual beading, there should be no spaces.

Beaded Ribbon Ring

What you need:
1) Size 11/0 glass beads (black)
2) Half Centimeter width black satin ribbon
3) Beading string (0.25mm)
Always pull tight on every step!

Step 1:

Cut one piece of string around half meter long.

Add eight beads at the middle of the string, (the middle is marked by the red dot) continue to pass the other end of the string through both last added beads (shown where both arrows exits from).

Step 2:

Continue to:

Add two beads on the each side of the string (total of 4 beads), add two last beads, crisscross the other string through these last added two beads (shown where both arrows exits from).
Repeat this step until you get the length of ring you need.

Step 3:

Joining - Continue to:

Add two beads on the each side of the string (total of 4 beads), pass one end of the string through the two beads from step one (shown where the blue arrow exits from). Tie off and loop the excess strings back through the piece for a more secure piece.

Step 4:

Adding the ribbon:

Take one end of the ribbon and loop through the finished beaded ring as shown, loop once into one beaded square and once out of the next, repeat until you have finished looping all the beaded squares and the ribbon ends meet.
Make sure you keep both ribbon ends slightly longer for tying the bow.
(tip after tying the bow if you want it to be fully secure, use a needle strung with black thread sew a few stitch through the center of the bow to secure it).
