June 2009 Beaded Schnauzer Dog Charm Project.

You can find a variety of Free Arts and Craft Project here, including beaded tutorials and other project. This month's project is a beaded 3D Schnauzer dog charm, made with Japanese glass seed beads using right angle weave Beading technique.

The pictorials are illustrated with spaces between beads for a clearer direction, in the actual beading, there should be no spaces.

Beaded Schnauzer Charm :

What you need:

1)   Glass seed beads, size 11/0 (white and gray)
2)   Beading string (0.20mm)

Always Remember to pull tight on EVERY STEP.

Step 1: Cut a piece of beading string around one meter long.
  • Add four white beads on the middle of the string, crisscross both string through the last white bead added, shown where both arrows exits from.
Step 2:
  • Continue to:

    Add three white beads on the bottom (black) string, crisscross this other string through the last bead added.
Step 3:
  • Continue to:

    Add one white, two gray, one black beads on the left (red) string, crisscross the right (black) string through the last black bead added.
    Continue to pass the red string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead from step 1 (marked A).
Step 4:
  • Continue to:

    Add two gray and one white beads on the left top (black) string, crisscross the bottom right (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead from step 1 (marked A).
Step 5:
  • Continue to:

    Add one gray, two white beads on the top (red) string, crisscross the bottom (black) string through the last black bead added.
    Continue to pass the red string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead from step 1 (marked A).
Step 6:
  • Continue to:

    Add four white beads on the right (black) string, crisscross the left (red) string through the last bead added.
Step 7:
  • Continue to:

    Add one red and three white beads on the top (black) string, crisscross the bottom (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead from step 6 marked with A.
    Continue also to pass the other string (red) through one bead you added on this step marked with A.
Step 8:
  • Continue to:

    Add two white beads on the right (black) string, crisscross the left (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through two old beads from step 7 and 2 marked with A and B.
Step 9:
  • Continue to:

    Add three white beads on the bottom (red) string, crisscross the top (black) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the red string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through two old beads from step 2 and 3 marked with A and B.
Step 10:
  • Continue to:

    Add one white and one gray beads on the bottom (black) string, crisscross the top (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead from step 3 marked with A.
Step 11:
  • Continue to:

    Add three gray beads on the bottom (red) string, crisscross the top (black) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the red string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead from step 3 marked with A.
Step 12:
  • Continue to:

    Add two gray beads on the top left (black) string, crisscross the bottom right (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead from step 4 marked with A.
Step 13:
  • Continue to:

    Add two gray beads on the top left (red) string and crisscross the bottom right (black) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the red string (the one you just used to added new beads on) through two old beads from step 4 and 5 marked with A and B.
Step 14:
  • Continue to:

    Add two gray beads on the top (black) string and crisscross the bottom (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through two old beads from step 5 and 6 marked with A and B.
Step 15:
  • Continue to:

    Add two white beads on the top (red) string and crisscross the bottom (black) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the red string (the one you just used to added new beads on) through one old bead from step 6 marked with A.
Step 16:
  • Continue to:

    Add three white beads on the right (black) string and crisscross the left (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead from step 8 marked with A.
Step 17:
  • Continue to:

    Add two white beads on the bottom right (red) string and crisscross the top left (black) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the red string (the one you just used to added new beads on) through one old bead from step 9 marked with A.
Step 18:
  • Continue to:

    Add three white beads on the bottom (black) string and crisscross the top (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through three old beads from step 9, 10 and 11 marked with A, B and C.
Step 19:
  • Continue to:

    Add one white bead on the bottom (red) string and crisscross the top (black) string through the new bead added.
    Continue to pass the red string (the one you just used to added new bead on) through one old bead from step 11 marked with A.
Step 20:
  • Continue to:

    Add two gray beads on the bottom (black) string and crisscross the top (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through two old beads from step 12 and 13 marked with A and B.
Step 21:
  • Continue to:

    Add three gray beads on the left (red) string, crisscross the right (black) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the red string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through two old beads from step 14 and 15 marked with A and B.
Step 22:
  • Continue to:

    Add one gray bead on the top (black) string, crisscross the bottom (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead from step 16 marked with A.
