September 2010 Beaded 3D Crystal Cupcake Project

You can find a variety of Free Arts and Craft Project here, including beaded project and other project. This month, I would like to feature the instruction on a beaded 3D Crystal Cupcake made with Japanese glass seed beads and Swarovski Crystals, using right angle weave beading technique.
