August 2007 Beaded 3-D Seal Project Page 2

Free Arts and Craft Project here, including beaded project and other project. This month's project is a 3-D beaded Seal Charm made with Japanese seed beads using the Right Angle Weave technique (RAW). Great as a fashion accessory or as a jewelry gift. This is a continual from page 1 of beaded seal tutorial.

The pictorials are illustrated with spaces between beads for a clearer direction, in the actual beading, there should be no spaces.

Always Remember to pull tight on EVERY STEP.


Step 18:
  • Continue to:

    Add three new champagne beads on the right (blue) string, crisscross the left (red) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the blue string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the two left champagne beads (Marked 1 and 2) from step 10 and 11 (shown where the blue arrow is coming out from).
Step 19:
  • Continue to:

    Add three new champagne beads on the right (red) string, crisscross the left (blue) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the red string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the two bottom champagne beads (Marked 1 and 2) from step 11 and 12 (shown where the red arrow is coming out from).
Step 20:
  • Continue to:

    Add three new champagne beads on the top (blue) string, crisscross the bottom (red) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the blue string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the two bottom champagne beads (Marked 1 and 2) from step 12 and 13 (shown where the blue arrow is coming out from).
Step 21:
  • Continue to:

    Add three new champagne beads on the top (red) string, crisscross the bottom (blue) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the red string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the three right champagne beads (Marked 1, 2 and 3) from step 13 and 14 (shown where the red arrow is coming out from).
Step 22:
  • Continue to:

    Add two new champagne beads on the left (blue) string, crisscross the right (red) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the blue string (the one you used to add new beads on) through one right champagne beads (Marked 1) from step 15 (shown where the blue arrow is coming out from).
  • This is the last small bead circle of the third anticlockwise beading round.
Step 23:
  • This is the start of a new layer of bead circles: Continue to:

    Add four new champagne beads on the left (red) string, crisscross the right (blue) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the red string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the two top right champagne beads (Marked 1 and 2) from step 15 and 16 (shown where the red arrow is coming out from).
Step 24:
  • Continue to:

    Add three new champagne beads on the bottom (blue) string, crisscross the top (red) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the blue string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the two top champagne beads (Marked 1 and 2) from step 16 and 17 (shown where the blue arrow is coming out from).
Step 25:
  • Continue to:

    Add three new champagne beads on the bottom (red) string, crisscross the top (blue) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the red string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the two left champagne beads (Marked 1 and 2) from step 17 and 18 (shown where the red arrow is coming out from).
Step 26:
  • Continue to:

    Add three new champagne beads on the right (blue) string, crisscross the left (red) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the blue string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the two left champagne beads (Marked 1 and 2) from step 18 and 19 (shown where the blue arrow is coming out from).
Step 27:
  • Continue to:

    Add three champagne beads on the right (red) string, crisscross the bottom left (blue) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the red string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the two left champagne beads (Marked 1 and 2) from step 19 and 20 (shown where the red arrow is coming out from).
Step 28:
  • Continue to:

    Add three new champagne beads on the top (blue) string, crisscross the bottom (red) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the blue string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the two bottom champagne beads (Marked 1 and 2) from step 20 and 21 (shown where the blue arrow is coming out from).
Step 29:
  • Continue to:

    Add three champagne beads on the top (red) string, crisscross the bottom (blue) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the red string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the three right champagne beads (Marked 1, 2 and 3) from step 21 and 22 (shown where the red arrow is coming out from).
Step 30:
  • Continue to:

    Add two new champagne beads on the left (blue) string, crisscross the right (red) string through the last added bead. Continue to pass the blue string (the one you used to add new beads on) through the one bottom champagne beads (Marked 1) from step 23 (shown where the blue arrow is coming out from).
  • This is the last small bead circle of the fourth anticlockwise beading round.
