Kid Art Project - January 2005 - Straw Pen Holder
Here's a list of FREE kid Art and Science project, to help promote creativity and imagination with these arts and craft project and arts craft idea made from glass bead and seed bead pattern.  This month January 2005 the free project is a straw pen holder.

Project of the Month (January)

Straw Pen Holder

You will Need:
1)    A Big piece of thick paper
2)    Drinking straws
3)    Glue
4)    Sticky tape
5)    Scissor
Step 1:  Cut a rectangle and a circle shape out of the thick paper
Make sure the rectangle piece has a length that can go around the edge of the circle.

Step 2:  Use sticky tape to tape the rectangle paper around the round paper to make a cup (pen holder).

Step 3: Use glue and start sticking the straw around the cup.
Make sure to go all round the cup.

Step 4: You can now cut the top the the straws to the shape you want and your pen holder is now ready.
