November 2011 Beaded Ebi Prawn Sushi Charm Project.
You can find a variety of Free Arts and Craft Project here, including beading tutorials and other project. This month's project is a 3D beaded Ebi Prawn Sushi charm, made with orange, champagne, white and green colour Japanese glass seed beads using right angle weave Beading technique. Great as earrings, pendant or simply as a charm.
The pictorials are illustrated with spaces between beads for a clearer direction, in the actual beading, there should be no spaces.

Beaded 3D Ebi Prawn Sushi Charm:

What you need:

1)   Glass seed beads size 11/0 (orange, champagne, white and green).
2)   Beading string (0.25mm)

Always Remember to pull tight on EVERY STEP.

 Beaded Prawn Sushi Tutorial Pattern
Step 1: Cut a piece string around one metre long. You are beading from the tail of the prawn.
  • Add four orange beads at the exact centre of the string, crisscross the other end through the last bead added.
    Make sure this beaded ring is centralized at the centre of the string.

    Add five champagne beads on the left (black) string and crisscross the other (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) up through two old beads marked A and B.

    Add two champagne beads on the left (black) string and crisscross the other (red) string through the last bead added.
    You should have form a small cone shape with the four orange beads from step one hanging out as the tail.

    Add one champagne, one orange and one champagne beads on the top right (black) string and crisscross the other (red) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the black string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead (marked A).

    Add one orange and one champagne beads on the bottom right (red) string and crisscross the other (black) string through the last bead added.
    Continue to pass the red string (the one you just used to add new beads on) through one old bead (marked A).
