 Decreasing Brick Stitch Instruction   

The beading instruction on how to decrease brick stitch - adding beads to make a brick stitch piece wider, there are several ways to decrease on your beading work.

Decreasing on Brick Stitch

The method of decreasing on a brick stitch beading is featured here.

Decreasing of beads on the outside edge.

At the middle of the row you want to decrease, add 1 bead (blue) and string the line back through bead before and back again through the new added bead, now add another bead and skip a joining line from the previous row and loop through next joining line. (purposely missing a bead)
Continue beading until you have reach the end of the row..
Then begin the next row as per usual.
Decrease using the same method as and when there's a need to.
