	March 2007 Crystal Ring Project
	You can find a variety of Free Arts and Craft Project here, including beaded project and other project. This month, I would like to feature the instruction on a elegance beaded crystal ring made with glass seed beads, bugles and Swarovski crystals that you can make for yourself or your love ones.

Beaded Crystal Ring

The pictorials are illustrated with spaces between beads for a clearer direction, in the actual beading, there should be no spaces.

Crystal Ring

What you need:

1)    4mm Swarovski crystals (around 12 pieces - depend on size of ring)
2)    Silver white seed bead and long bugles (11/0)
3)    Beading string.

Always pull tight on every step!

Step 1:

Cut one piece of string around 3/4 meter long.

Add one seed bead at the middle of the string, follow by adding one crystal on each side of the string (one crystal on each string), follow by one last crystal added on one string and crisscrossing the other end through this last added crystal.

Step 2:

Continue by:
Adding one bugle on each side of the string (one bugle on each string), follow by adding a crystal by passing both string through the crystal, add one bugle on each side of the string again and one crystal to crisscross (each string entering the crystal from opposite sides).

Repeat this step until you almost reach the length of ring you need (around half a cm left), (measure around a ring size or your own finger).

Step 3:

Joining up the ring!

The top is where you started off in step 1.
The bottom is where your beading is at right now.

Add one crystal on each end of the string (total of two crystal) crisscross both string through the very first seed bead you added on step 1.

Pass the strings further up where they can meet head to head and tie off, for a stronger piece I would suggest that after you tie off, loop and pass the threads further through the piece (no specific order) before cutting away excess.

You can make a matching bracelet too.
